• I have taken passed Safe Practices for the Home Inspector.

• I have taken and passed InterNACHI's Structural Course.
• I have taken and passed InterNACHI Roofing Course.
• I have taken and passed InterNACHI's Electrical Course.
• I have taken and passed InterNACHI's Plumbing Course.
• I have taken and passed InterNACHI's 25 Standards Every Home Inspector Should Know.
• I have taken and passed InterNACHI's How to Inspect for Moisture Intrusion.
• I have taken and passed InterNACHI's Stucco & EIFS Inspection Training Course.
• I have taken and passed InterNACHI's Deck Inspections.
• I have taken and passed InterNACHI's HVAC Systems.
• I have taken and passed InterNACHI's Inspect the Attic, Insulation, Ventilation and Interior.
• I have taken and passed InterNACHI's How to Perform Exterior Inspections.
• I have submitted my reports before InterNACHI's review board and received approval on all reports.
• I fulfill 24 hours of Continuing Education every year.
• I own and use high-tech equipment, such as a gas leak detector, carbon monoxide meter, infrared camera, radon detector.
• I am available in town, even on Saturdays.
